Mr. Kotlyar joined Mutual of America Capital Management in 2006 and has 31 years of investment experience. Mr. Kotlyar covers Software, Media and Internet industries. His experience includes Technology Analyst positions at Prudential Securities, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Unterberg Towbin and Agnos Group/Moore Capital. Prior to joining Capital Management, he was Founder and Technology Analyst at Zevulon Capital LLC.

Mr. Kotlyar holds a BS degree from Brooklyn College and an MBA from New York University.
