The MoA Funds ("we" or "our") are committed to protecting your confidentiality and security. Our privacy policy is designed to help you understand the types of information we collect and how we use this information.
By law, we have the right to modify this policy at any time, but if we do change it, we will notify you in advance.
Information Collection
- We collect and use information about you in order to provide you with mutual fund products and related investment services.
- We obtain most of this information directly from you, primarily from the applications you complete when you apply for our products and services or when you submit a request on our website for additional information, and from your transactions with us. If we need additional information, we may obtain it from other parties, including, but not limited to, consumer reporting agencies.
- We also collect information from your computer browser, such as browser type, internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on our websites. This information may be used to alert you to software compatibility issues, or it may be analyzed so that we may improve the quality and functionality of our operations.

- To guard your personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state laws and regulations. However, we note that no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely, and we therefore cannot warrant or guarantee that any such transmission is free of risk.

However, third-party social media platforms on which our ads may appear may use cookies, pixel tags and mobile device tracking identifiers on your browser to facilitate their own data collection purposes. This type of data collection is subject to the privacy policies on those social media platforms.
- This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how our audience as a whole interacts with the website. Google Analytics uses cookies that allow Google to recognize the device you use on a unique but non-identified basis and provide aggregate reporting information to us. - Our site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information or post information for children under the age of 13.

In addition, you may also want to review all mobile device and browser settings in your respective electronic devices for additional settings regarding cross-device tracking and other privacy safeguards.
- The MoA Funds themselves do not use cross-device tracking and will not have access to any personally identifiable information.

- On our website, we use third-party online analytics services, and the service providers that administer these analytics services use automated technologies to collect data (such as email addresses, IP addresses, cookies and other device identifiers) to evaluate, for example, use of our site, to diagnose technical issues.
- Various pages within our website may provide links to other sites of interest. We are providing these links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site. These third-party-linked sites are not under our control, and therefore, we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.
- Be aware that these third-party sites may collect information about you. We are not responsible for the actions of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies to learn what type of personal information, if any, they collect.
- We do not control the privacy settings and preferences maintained by any third-party social media networking platform. If you wish to make changes to those settings and preferences, you may do so by visiting the "Settings" or equivalent section of the respective social media networking platform.
Your Role in Privacy
For your protection, and to protect your account information, you should not share with anyone the log-in credentials that you use to access your account with the transfer agent of the MoA Funds (if applicable). Further, we recommend that you occasionally change those credentials.
It is important that you not leave your computer unattended while accessing your account information or initiating online transactions. If you become aware of any suspicious activity in your account, please contact shareholder services by calling 800.914.8716.
Notice for California Residents
- If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. However, it is important to note that the CCPA does not apply to personal information collected pursuant to other privacy laws such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or the California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA). If you are a current or prospective shareholder, it is likely that most of the data we collect about you will be subject to those laws rather than the CCPA.
