Joseph P. O'Reilly Vice President, Marketing

Mr. O'Reilly joined Capital Management in 2007 and has more than 36 years of industry experience as both a plan sponsor and a consultant. His consulting experience includes six years with CRA RogersCasey holding the title of Managing Director and Senior Consultant, and seven years with Dahab Associates holding the position of Executive Vice President and Senior Consultant. These senior management positions have given Mr. O'Reilly experience and insight into all aspects of the investment management industry. He came into the consulting profession after ten years as the Watertown, MA City Auditor and member of the Watertown Retirement Board. Throughout his career, Mr. O'Reilly has provided a full range of consulting services to insurance companies, foundations, endowments, corporations, public funds, financial intermediaries, high net worth families and Taft-Hartley funds.

Mr. O'Reilly's undergraduate studies were in Economics and English at Brandeis University. He is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems (MACRS) and has served on the Board of Directors for several Massachusetts corporations.
