Mr. Frain joined Capital Management in 1994 and has 31 years of experience in the financial industry.  Mr. Frain covers basic industries. Prior to joining Capital Management, he worked for Mutual of America Life Insurance Company.

Mr. Frain holds an undergraduate degree from Manhattan College and an MBA from Fordham University.
