Vincent Kolinsky Senior Product Development Specialist

Mr. Kolinsky is a Senior Product Development Specialist at Mutual of America, where he supports Executive Leadership by delivering executive-level data analysis and helping to coordinate strategic paths to successful product launches. In this role, Vincent plays a key part in aligning data-driven insights with organizational priorities to advance new and evolving product initiatives.

Mr. Kolinsky joined Mutual of America in 2015 as a member of the Marketing and Corporate Communications team, where he led and implemented new digital marketing practices to support the company’s expanding product offerings. His work helped modernize outreach efforts and enhance engagement across multiple channels. Vincent earned his degree from St. John’s University, Peter J. Tobin College of Business, where he was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE) fraternity and served as the fraternity’s Treasurer for two years, demonstrating early leadership and financial stewardship capabilities.
